decreasing? what city and state? Its just the flu anyways- right?

Literally the day the media announced that Biden is "president elect" (bullshit term) a few reports came out that the virus is decreasing in case numbers and is no longer a great threat. I'm paraphrasing. If I can find the articles I'll link them here.
