Trump's presidency has little to offer principled civil libertarians, with the threatened crackdowns on protests and the continued expansion of the power of the Presidency to the detriment of other branches.
National debt went way way up. We got a government of roughly the same size as before that was both incompetent and not worth the money thrown at it. Trump didn't cut entitlements like Social Security and Medicare which is a key fiscal libertarian plank.
Real libertarians support a woman's reproductive rights, and Trump with his judicial appointments and otherwise has done all he can to roll them back. Progress on LGBTQ rights stalled.
The things libertarians might like: Trump does support the Second Amendment (to an insane degree IMO, but YMMV), and didn't get us into any major new wars.
So as usual it depends on what kind of libertarian you are. One of my cousins is very vocally anti-Trump and voted for Jorgensen. They would have never pulled the lever for Trump.
tl;dr Trump does not really have a libertarian bone in his body unless you redefine "libertarianism" as being insane herrenvolk rightism. And all of those folks already voted Trump anyway.
