Dude, I wouldn't even mind if you uploaded it somewhere without even giving me the credits. The problem is, people would call you a reporter, cus this is getting famous and many people have seen it. Yeah, in their private chat they could:
1. Organize who would they blame in the public chat.
2. Organize sabotages.
3. Organize double kills.

Instead of them hoping the other understands

There should be a chat that only appears when someone is very close to you, even though that might be a pain to code.

It really wouldn't be hard to put a feature like that into game code. However, doing so could break other parts of it. :D
