But take a step back and look at the big picture. All you've done is replaced one devil with another. You've now made the local, state and federal governments the pimps. The state of prostitution is fine the way it is. Girls working independently are keeping ALL they earn. It's risky, but a lot more fair than what you're proposing. You just don't want the humiliation that comes with getting caught.
