Here's how I do it:
-Vent into reactor
-Kill someone in reactor
-Vent far away from reactor
-Reactor sabotage
-People run to reactor and find body
-Nobody can accuse me

Seriously, Comms has a lot of power, if you are about to kill someone and the cameras are on, one quick Comms sabotage, kill them, and nobody will notice.

Sabotage o2, wait till a big clump of people comes up to o2 to fix it, kill a person, and no one will know who it is.

Lights is bad, I can change your mind. If u sabotage lights, sure you might kill someone but it gets fixed right away. I always sabotage comms because that dissables the security camera, admin, and nobody can do tasks. everyone always goes rushing to fix it but the people on the other side of the map are good as dead
