In general lives will improve because Biden and Harris are way more likely to consult scientists when dealing with: the pandemic, climate change, clean energy, social issues and health care. Trump ruled by fiat just making poor decisions and closing his eyes to any and all evidence.

Okay, can you give me a good example on how they are going to accomplish this? Please provide a good detailed list of all those improvements and how they will be accomplished. I want something in black and white so that I can use it against you 4 years from now so that you can say, darn I been lied to, and perhaps you will make a better choice. Pandemic: Mask mandate, temporary ban on mass gatherings, seek guidance from International physicians to match the success some countries have had controlling spread.
Climate change: A comprehensive plan (no plan under current administration) including increase wind and solar. Possibly nuclear power (that may be wishful thinking). Reduction of coal, fracking and other carbon sources. Pathways to recapture atmospheric carbon.
Health care: An actual freaking plan. I mean really Trump has promised a plan for his entire term. I'm not giving details because really, any plan. ANY plan is better than none.
Prison system: I don't expect the bar to move a lot here but some moves to de-privatize prisons. This one's a long shot because there are special interests who will fight hard to preserve it.

I'm a realist. Our government was designed to move slowly. It's rare for one party to command majority in all of the branches of the Federal government let alone state and local levels. The House will oppose many of these. So will they accomplish all of this in 4 years. Probably not. However, I think they will try at the very least.
