It would take a extreme amount of denial of reality to deny fraud.
I don't necessarily think this shaped the ultimate result, although it does give Biden a state or two he wouldn't have gotten, he still probably had enough states (without fraud) to win.
And Biden definitely won the popular vote.
The courts already decided, back when Al Gore contested Florida, that a thorough recount was to laborous, so there will be no recount.
What I'm saying is that the blatantness of some of the fraud that occurred will cast a dark cloud over Bidens presidency (all six months before Kamala has him declared unfit), by which point this will be forgotten, it at least set aside
