MAGA beat the polls in any number of states, and looks like Republicans will keep the Senate. Cold comfort for them but still.

Perhaps it says a lot that people when polled are embarrassed by their true feelings. Ashamed to speak truthfully about where their hearts are. When the way you pull the lever during an election has you feeling shame you should really take a look at that.

It’s quite frustrating. Biden won’t be able to do much of anything legislatively, particularly with the stacked 6-3 conservative SCOTUS prepared to strike down anything that does manage to pass.

With a Biden Presidency, we will get the chance to stop the bleeding of our civic morals, manage a more scientific response to Covid, feel a little bit better about ourselves as a country, but not the chance to make any progress on the issues that matter.

Poverty and wealth inequality will continue to increase, climate change will march on perhaps to the point of no return, illegal immigrants will continue to be treated as expendable slave labor, we won’t get any new civil rights protections for minorities, etc etc etc.

And in four years, Republicans will predictably run on the platform that Joe Biden didn’t do anything as President.

Biden could retaliate with a barrage of Executive Bills (j/k)...but I think a good strategy is to get rid of ACB ASAP. Shouldn't be too difficult with her background stories and the way she got that job, and the media is already on her ass.

Just as a clear sign to the Republicans: Do. Never. Ever. Even. Try. To. Fcuk. With. Us. Again.
