Anyone who took basic statistics know this is impossible. Not by this much. If it is true, you would see the same level in other counties.

That's happening to other counties like Pima as well. There were 60k more votes for Biden than Trump compared to last year.

But of course, if you were from Arizona, you'd know that these are two of the largest URBAN counties there. You have to take these factors into account, not generalizing all counties of Arizona as the same.
