This was a discontinued product for parents that didn’t want to give their kids a raise in their allowance. The purpose of this product was to scare kids enough to never want to take money out of the product because of how creepy it is. Later, parents complained that their kids were having nightmares due to it and the company remolded the product to be a little less creepy.
