Yeah, any meme that bashes rioters is a dead-ringer to do well in “politics.”

I get it — but I also understand where this anger comes from. Reform of the police needs to happen, or else the police shootings and the inevitable protests/riots that follow will continue to occur. See: MLK quote.

It is not enough to “stand by police.” We have to insist they do their jobs and do them well, given that we entrust them with authority over life and death.

Conservatives’ preferred “solution” of bashing the protestors in memes and on Twitter is no solution at all.

Dude they just won't stop coming

I'm sure this isn't news to you, but posting anything in the "politics" stream that isn't a carbon-copy of the farthest-right fake news/propaganda is an invitation to have your comments swarmed with right-wing chatbots.

I still post stuff to politics anyway, and I think we all should, just to remind these people that people really do think differently. Our memes won't hit front page but when you search by "new," the stream indicates a lot more viewpoint-diversity.

Remember you always have the option to turn comments off -- or indeed block certain memers.
