Excellent suggestion! You're the first one to say that and it's a great piece of advice. I have been walking my dog a lot more lately, which I think has been helping me a little. I need to drink way less beer, though. That's a problem for me. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a positive feedback loop whereby stress from work makes me crave alcohol, so I drink alcohol, which then makes me sluggish the next morning, which makes me lose productivity, which them makes me fall behind, which then stresses me out more...and so on and so forth.
I need to stop drinking so often/much. That would drastically improve my health. Changing meeating habits would too, but that zone is off-limits. I EAT WHAT I WANT!"
