Social media allows these people to inhabit alternative universes where nothing is ever Trump's fault, mass protests are psy-op campaigns by Jewish billionaires, the federal government is run by pedophiles and only Trump can put it to an end, and Trump can't possibly lose the election unless there's widespread voter fraud (Trump himself has said this!)
