including berg but what the Clinton Campaigner/ lawyer argued is that when BHO got his Indonesian citizenship , Indonesia makes you renounce all other citizenship's.
So BHO could come back and regain (repatriated) his citizenship but he would now be a "Naturalized" citizen (Like Schwarzenegger).
He would also need this type of citizenship to get the college grants that he got.
