The planet is a big volcano or two away from an ice age. Astronomic cycles affect ice ages.
The “hockey stick“ temperature chart could be a result of global sales of Coca-Cola/Pepsi, since global sales increased in the 1970s. Every 12 ounce can of soda has 48 ounces of carbon dioxide crammed in it, most of it which is released when you open it! There are now about 7 billion people on the planet; decades ago it was billions less. The human species is the only species on the planet which cooks it’s food. Most of the cooking is in Third World countries on open flames, not microwave ovens! Has anybody ever analyzed these influences? I don’t think so.
