Congress controls the number of justices. Changing the number is 100% constitutional. It used to happen pretty frequently, but hasn't happened since 1869.

No, sir. Just pointing out that the court packing that is likely coming has happened before and is 100% legal and in accordance with our laws, traditions, and constitution. I'm personally against it, but I can read the writing on the wall.

Mitch shouldn't have blocked the vote on Garland. He was within the letter of the law to not vote on him for SCOTUS, but it was definitely against the spirit. And then to have the same scenario play out and for republicans to ignore the rationale they provided 4+ years ago? It may not have technically been cheating, but neither is stacking the courts.

I am paying attention. Nothing is certain, but online gambling sites are ranking Trump as the underdog. You should go put a bunch of money down on Trump. With his underdog status you could make a lot of money. Wouldn't that be nice?
