I've literally just explained this on another post (I think to you even, definitely read your username there), so I'll be brief: It's all about your breath, because that has distance, the mask keeps your breath near your face, where the virus can't infect anyone who isn't already. (why do I even bother? you're probably going to lose all reading comprehension, so you still have an excuse to be irresponsible!)

I also explained it to you: it can swirl around and survive outside of direct sunlight for 20-30 seconds. If it finds a surface to land on without direct sunlight it can live for several days.
Your explanation only works if you wear the masks as intended and that is to say making a tight seal around the face and forcing the air through the cloth/filter. In that case it might have some marginal effect. Back in reality I've yet to see anyone wear a mask correctly. If you see someone with a beard, they aren't wearing it correctly. If you see folds in the cloth, they aren't wearing it correctly. If they adjust it, they aren't wearing it correctly. If they don't change it out for a new one every day they aren't wearing it correctly.
If they aren't wearing it correctly, then they aren't protecting anyone.
Find a video on YouTube of dust swirling in a room with people in it and you'll understand what I'm saying.

The info on how to wear a mask is all over the place. There are even public health commercials that explain it. Most people are only wearing masks to go along and get along.

What I see from the first video is that cloth masks do almost nothing to stop droplets and even the surgical mask leaks.
I'm not sure what the 2nd video is even supposed to show.
