And yet, you can never know who is really at risk. How can you be sure of who is more susceptible than others? Some totally healthy people could get really sick ,and some elderly may be totally fine. There is no one right answer.

Well, a 99.9% recovery rate for anyone under 65 isn't that horrendous. People die of the regular flu. It's like this police rioting. You'll never achieve perfection. Meanwhile the economy is getting tanked and lock downs, job loss and lack of school is causing a negative effect mentally on people all over

Yeah but the only ones really at risk are old buggers over 70 with other issues. That's a small % of the population. All they want to do is shake their fist at the tv set so no big loss.

I dont know what 70 year old you know, but the ones I know aren't happy being stuck at home like the rest of us.
And besides, nursing homes. They need people to come and take care of them. If the workers aren't careful about it, the residents will die no question.
If the workers are careful, but the people in their house aren't, people will die.
If the people in the house are careful but their friends come and they aren't, people. will. die.

Shut everything down for a while, and then open things up and make people wear masks and social distance after about two weeks, and then people can go out without masks or anything when it's all over and we'll have a bonfire.

Let everybody live life like normal let everyone get it (It has more than a 99% recovery rate btw) I would keep specifically the elders indoors tho.

As soon as the country gets a warning that they will be hit hard by the pandemic, start mass producing PPE and ventilators. Also cooperate with other countries to develop a vaccine. Meanwhile, Anyone coming in from a country with cases must go through at least 2 weeks of Quarantine. If any cases are confirmed in the country, go into a local lockdown. Masks are mandatory within 2 metres of anyone or inside someone elses house. Cheaply export excess PPE and ventilators to countries that have too little.

full stay home order...with contactles delivery for any and all houses...im just doing something almost impossible but i think it could work
