I'm glad we agree. So the people accusing Trump of wrongdoing without any evidence to back up the claim are all blowing hot air, right?

You see, I'm not the "radical leftist" that the right paints me out to be. As much as I could easily believe Trump did these things based on his behavior, I need evidence.

That being said.

Most, if not all, of those people have not displayed anywhere near the level of misogyny, sexism, and garish behavior that Trump has. e.g. "Grab'em by the pussy.", the way he talks about how hot his daughter is, how he would date her, etc., etc.

In spite of all the despicable things he says to women and about women, I still need evidence. In this country, people are innocent until proven guilty.

Yes, we agree.

The issue is the emails on the laptop that is owned by Hunter Biden from his email account show that he was doing pay for play for his dad, the then VP. The evidence is clear.
I could care less about the hookers and drugs. I'm talking about the backroom quid pro quo deals that Hunter was making for Biden.

You could make that argument if the emails were found to be legitimate, which the FBI is investigating currently. So, there might be evidence. There might not. It's not that hard to forge emails, throw them on a laptop and dump said laptop in the water. It's also not hard to find someones photos and put it on the computer to give it the appearance of legitimacy.

Now you wanna talk Quid Pro Quo? Where were you last summer? Or last February when the impeachment happened? Trump clearly violated 52 U.S. § 30121 a2.

Language: (a)ProhibitionIt shall be unlawful for— (2)a person to solicit, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national.
(A)a contribution or donation of money or other thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State, or local election;
The thing of value in this context is dirt on a political opponent. Trump didn't even need to offer anything in return. The notion that he asked himself is the violation of the crime.

This laptop is from the computer repair shop where Hunter Biden left it there. Its possible to plant emails, but unlikely given that their reputation would be destroyed and no one would ever use their services again.
The impeachment was a nothing burger. Trump hasn't violated anything or the Senate would have done a serious investigation. Believe it or not, half the republicans there don't like Trump.
Can you provide a source for Trump accepting a contribution or donation from a foreign power?
He didn't ask himself. His son went and met them and then said "No, we aren't accepting anything." Again please look up some sources.

An unlikely scenario as people are used to cancel culture these days. If he is in a Republican friendly neighborhood, he'll continue to get business. Hell, even if the area is purple. That being said, the actual emails would be kept on a GMail server, not the computer itself. I saw the alleged email and it had been sent to an email account.

(a)ProhibitionIt shall be unlawful for— (2)a person to SOLICIT, accept, or receive a contribution or donation described in subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) from a foreign national.

The operative word is solicit, which he did in which he solicited the request of a foreign power to investigate a political opponent. "Do me a favor though." (in re: Biden.)

To suggest that the Senate would not investigate because there's nothing there is willful ignorance to the hyper-partisan state of the senate. This Senate which has rejected nearly every bill passed by the house on principle, not even bringing such bills to a vote.

They've passed a lot of legislation. Sounds like you are reaching.

Surprise, Mitch McConnell admitted that he has 395 bills sitting on his desk that won't even go to the senate floor.

Par for the course. Look how many Pelosi has waiting.
