death penalty is murder. if a citizen kills someone who's an extreme criminal, they'll get labeled as a murderer and gets locked up. if the state kills them, then it's not murder, it's just punishment. see? death penalty is just murder committed by the goverment.

So it would be fine if that person was released and killed some other innocent person. The death penalty actually deters the murder in the first place there for causing less murder in the first place.

Solitary confinement is more of a kind of torture (I believe the Germans use to do that I can't quite remember) at least to me.

It is low grade torture, but it’s better than murder
