It was a Set up. The car hit the people but the driver did not accelerate into the crowd, car can be seen as rolling down hill. Driver had reflective shades still in windshield when car came to a halt after hitting protesters.
What does this suggest? That the Driver normally drives with Reflective shades blocking ttheir view forward through the windscreen or that maybe they were incapacitated in some way, Drugged or otherwise and they awoke when the car hit protesters awakening them.
Sequence is,
1 Car hits protesters
2 Reflective shades pulled from windshield
3 Then Brakes light seen as applied and released
4 then car accelerated backwards
Some things are fishy with the story around Charlottesville but no one wants to know the truth on that. Just want to beat the drum with narrative they're told.
