Jury nullification. Let them know where you stand

Unfortunately, you'd have to perjure yourself to do so. In such a politically fraught case, they'd almost certainly ask questions to eliminate jurors aware of the idea of jury nullification. You either perjure yourself (not advised) or they find you and remove you from the jury pool.

They can only eliminate so many jurors without cause. Knowledge of the law cannot be considered cause. ;)

The thing is, juror nullification isn’t actually the law. It’s just a quirk of the system they can’t do anything about.

Its a grey area. The power to nullify exists with the jury but not the codified right. As it stands, nullify charges against people who shoot rioters. I know I will if the situation ever arises.

Nope not at all. You initiate a crime and get killed thats on you.
