First off, StanIdiot, "they" didn't lose the "popular vote last year". I know, getting little things correct like facts and details is nearly impossible for you.
What you're probably still whining, crying, and being a pussy about is Trump losing the popular vote in 2016, but crushing Hillary in the electoral college, right?
I'll say what I always say to idiots like you and Hillary who don't know how our electoral process works. If just the difference between the votes Trump and HRC received in just California (not all of HRC's votes in California, just the difference) were subtracted from HRC's national total, Trump would have taken the popular vote as well. That's how close it was.
Unlike you, the Founders were not idiots. They knew the dangers and peril of having one large state like Taxifornia or even New York, which was a big state even back then, control the electoral process. There were large and small states when our country formed, and in order for our Union to survive with those small states, which were/are needed, they had to have a fair say in the outcome of presidential elections.
In other words, California does not get to say what the rest of the country does, nor who it elects President.
I know, a tough and bitter reality pill for you to swallow, Little Stanley. Your TDS certainly doesn't help the medicine go down.
