Your search for a perfect victim is misguided. I don't think "no one cared" about Linden Cameron because you obviously remembered, and whoever told you that story cared.

If there was no rioting in the streets over Linden Cameron (and I don't know if there was or wasn't), asked yourself whether that might be because those who identified with Linden Cameron felt they had more to lose than to gain from doing so.

As MLK stated, people riot because they feel they aren't being heard. That is unequivocally more often the case with minorities, being shut out of power systems more often.

The drug history, criminal history, etc. of the victims you mention is completely and totally irrelevant due to the Bill of Rights. Specifically: Amendments 4, 5, 6, 8. Not to mention 14A which is very significant as well. The upshot of all these Amendments is that you can't execute a suspect in cold blood in the streets without a trial. The Founders, who lived through the Boston Massacre and similar incidents, were extremely worried about issues of police brutality.

Final thought: All of these incidents indicate the same need for police reform.
