The same way Daniel Shaver was executed by Philip Brailsford, who was fired by the Mesa County Police Department, was tried for 2nd degree murder (and subsequently acquitted), quietly reinstated and then allowed to retire on a medical pension of $2500/month because of “PTSD”...for murdering an unarmed man in cold blood.

Brailsford has been previously disciplined for body slamming a teenager and for having “You’re f**ked” and “Molon Labe” (the irony being that, as a cop, he’d be the one TAKING ‘them’) engraved into the butt end of his rifle.

Clearly, this guy gave every indication that he wanted to shoot someone, and if he didn’t, he made sure everyone thought he wanted to.
