If I understand correctly, there were 3 officers involved. 2 of them acted responsibly, including the ones who shot Taylor, one acted irresponsibly. If I understand correctly, that one is being charged.

If you have one bad cop, and 99 good cops who support him, then you have 100 bad cops.
