Liberal activist judges invent the law to enforce liberalism -- generally to the detriment of this nation. Conservative judges simply adhere to the Constitution and the rule of law.

They still do that, Activist judges are a corruption of intent of the court and judicial branch. I see no activism in the presumed current nominee.

Good thing the SCOTUS is filling up with strict Constitutionalists, those Libtard tactics will become extinct. :)
