So nothing much to add by seeing the whole picture, he ended the speech talking the talk which one would expect him to end with.
It's Usual Biden who thinks he's funny when he cracks derogatory shit at people. Stupid Kunt he always has been with a filthy, contemptuos attitude and this video is him doing it again. A fault on him and no one else, he is a narcisist and abuser of anybody he thinks he can control and it shows his usual lack of respect for people when they don't act as he wished they would.
Also the video from 4 and a half year ago shows that even back then his cognitive decline and lack of energy and enthusiasm were well and truly on show.

Well I think there is real Dementia symptoms happening in him.
But the small gaffes like this one are about establishing that his mental state isn't sufficiently good to stand either as accused or witness in any criminal trials. They know his implication in the Hunter Burisma stuff.
The Gaffes have been something that he has done for a long while now but why didn't he correct himself with this 180 years thing like in the past. His chuckle says he knew it was wrong what he was saying and then he doesn't correct himself. I guess I trust him even less than most politicians but he knew what he read and continued with it.
A friend has an alternate theory about Dems putting Biden and Harris up. And that is that the powers that be want Trump to be elected and so have put up this duo as a pair that no right minded individual could consciously vote for. Effectively removing more votes from Dem and either adding to Trump or 3rd parties.
Personally I know I don't want Biden or Harris anywhere near power and that's why I've been dropping memes everywhere saying anyone but biden.
