I can find no evidence that anyone tried to keep President Pandemic from exercising is Executive Branch powers to halt any people from anywhere from coming into the country. A FactCheck.Org publication of March 6 reported that they could not find evidence that any leader in the Democratic Party criticized him for doing so. They did mention two Democrats (un-named) that did publicly criticize him. Perhaps you have specific dumbf**ks to name, so that we can be better educated as to who has the power to stop the president from doing his job.

In terms of where the people spreading COVID 19 in America came from, I found this line in the July 17 issue of the journal Science,: " Phylogenetic analysis of virus sequences in these people, who were drawn from across NYC, showed that the virus had been independently introduced many times from Europe and elsewhere in the United States."
