But it is if Biden is duly elected and Trump tries to steal it.

That's not even a possibility. For one, even if Biden legitmately won Trump would not contest it. Being an actual man, Trump would step down gracefully.
Secondly, Biden simply cannot win. Trump has an improved economy (its coming roaring back now that the covid response hoax has been revealed to the public), he's an incumbent, and he has support of the minorities. Biden literally doesn't stand a chance.

In a bunch of state polls Trump is leading Biden by several points, even in the skewed dem polls.

Doesn't mean Biden "literally doesn't stand a chance."

In an honest election he doesn't. Heck I saw one poll where 28% of dems supported Trump.
So if he gets 95% of the repub vote, and 41% to 54% of the non-party vote and 28% of the dem vote, how can he possibly lose in an honest election?

One poll is not the end all be all.
