By all accounts of those who were here then, 2015 had civilized debates. Wasn't till mid 2016 that an influx of irate Trumpists ended that golden era.

Like Syd pointed out, I get them all the time. I give them directions on how to get here via public transportation and ask for their contact info for verification of their ETA. Must be some big assed traffic jam out there cuz ain't anyone showed up yet and I've been doing this since the 90s on phone party lines.
