While I think that a vaccine is a bad idea, that masks don't work at all, that the lockdowns are causing a lot of harm, and that covid is not dangerous.
I don't think that is a valid point, because people aren't arguing that those things completely stop covid, only that they they slow it down.(remember the scary thing about covid WAS that it spreads fast) Using that logic, more 'measures' means more slowing down means more time to make a safe vaccine.
'cus we all know the best way to deal with a flu is a vaccine
You can us a similar line of logic with very reasonable safety regulations
