The 1925 Geneva Protocol categorized tear gas as a chemical warfare agent and banned its use in war shortly after World War I. The protocol was signed at a conference held in Geneva and took effect on Feb. 8, 1928, according to the United Nations website.

Under the protocol, the United States reserved the right to use riot control agents in cases of controlling rioting prisoners of war, situations where civilian casualties can be avoided. Sensible people recognize that Donald Trump is the most divisive president this country has ever seen. He panders to the lowest common denominator of his base and racists LOVE him. That, in and of itself should be enough of a warning flag.

But wait, there’s more!

He claims he didn’t want to cause panic with regards to COVID-19, but he unconstitutionally threatened to send the military to the Mexican border to turn away a vicious horde of brown people, more than half of which were women and children (huddled masses yearning to breathe free?). He vilifies “Antifa” even though he doesn’t even really know what it is and regularly sends out racist tweets to frighten white people (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-53212685). He is a climate change denier, mainly because he hasn’t figured out a way to make money off it and his main donors have been raping the environment for decades.

But wait, there’s still more!

He panders to evangelical Christians, yet he’s been divorced twice, paid hush money to a porn star with campaign funds that he plowed when his third wife was pregnant with their son, and has at least 25 pending sexual harassment and/or assault allegation against him.

Is there even more? You bet there is!

He absolutely 100% called American servicemen who died in battle “suckers and losers,” he ignored the Russian bounties on out military in Afghanistan, he’s used federal agents as his own brown shirt army against the American people he doesn’t like, he’s invited insurrection against Democratic governors in the midst of a global pandemic.

200 retired admirals and generals signing an open letter decrying Trump can’t be wrong, can they?

If you need more examples, there are many, many, many more. This list alone should be enough to make you vote for Biden.

Biden is not the answer, but he’s a better option than Trump, who’s been angling towards a dictatorship since day one.
