Since they vote for Democrats, the Democrats KNOW they are stupid.

So it a crime to insult the idea of it? Or a crime to insult the piece of paper the ballot is printed on?
Either way it's a 1st amendment protection. I'd just leave it up and drag it through to the supreme court.

I totally agree - if it would have been on SNL or The Daily Show they'd have had quite the chuckle at their droll humor.

From The Detroit News article "Barb Byrum, the Democratic clerk of Ingham County, filed a complaint with police over the display, saying it could mislead people who aren’t familiar with the voting system"

and

“It is a felony to take illegal possession of an absentee ballot,” Byrum said Friday.

“Elections in this country are to be taken seriously and there are many people who are voting by mail for the first time this election”
