Normally when I hear "don't forget to touch the like button" I'm tempted to touch "dislike", and when they ask me to subscribe and set the notification on for them their chances I will do that have become very extremely slim. Now I subscribe as a rule never, unless I am really really interested, so those who are in my follow list can consider it an honor as I normally avoid that.
What I mostly see is those channels wanting me to like, subscribe and turn on notifications are mostly not the channels hardly worthy of my notice, and if they are worthy of my notice, then just enough to kill some time with.
