The solution is always the same, tear down the best to make things equal, never bring up the worst economies and nations to make it equal. If we send money to impoverished nations the corrupt politicians keep it and continue to oppress their subjects.

Yup. They're so upset because Obama gave the Marxist dog whistle when he told them "We're the ones we've been waiting for." They thought they were home free on the cheerful road to the Marxist utopia. Then they weren't.
