99% of the content on this site isn’t hateful. At least, not hateful enough to really support doing anything about.

Memes which if they are simply pointing out your own hypocrisy or maybe perhaps making fun of your idol (who doesn't even use imgflip therefore is not protected by its TOS) you label as harassment.

Before that he was touting his streams as the one and only existing free speech zones on imgflip! And just like that free speech was once again a non existence like a unicorn that suddenly vanished into thin air.

What was said previously by others in the know was that there was no way of verifying this Kylie was that Kylie, therefore could not be handed those streams again. Look at how many account MadTitan created emulating Timber, Grind, DJFox (his DJFoxy is STILL here after a year), Sasamu, me, and yup, Kylie!
There was a ton of 123Guy imitators when that troll went gone, including 1234Guy whose account is still here and whose one meme you can look near the bottom to see that he fooled folks ointo thinking he was the real McCoy.

Even if they share IPs, this Kylie could be his evil[er] twin Dwight or, yes, the notorious 'Wifey' herself. Sometimes we have no choice but to go along with people's lies.

Plus he was touting those streams as the one and only existing free speech zones on imgflip because they WEREN'T modded and had become a free-for-all! He wasn't referring to them as free speech zones a testimony to his sheer awesomeness, he was referring them sarcastically as free speech zones to express his disdain for what had become of them.

Oh I didn't remod him. Another community mod did after kylie begged and pleaded. The ability to claim a stream which had has been abandoned by a stream owner is upon my suggestion to Dylan after observing the train wreck that the middle school steam had become. An actual haven for harassment and cyberbullying of actual imgflip users until power was restored to more capable hands.

I know the free speech bit by kylie referring to his streams was just more of his whining and not actually bragging.

PoliticsTOO is one of ImgFlip’s largest streams, has a stated POV and is a frequent target of trolling especially before elections it seems.

No, I don’t think they’re all owned by you, though I had my suspicions regarding one (KylIeFan_89 aka GetOverYourself) which we have already been over at length.

The exact ownership of the accounts is a red herring. That’s not capable of being determined even by ImgFlip, I am told, and certainly not by me.

What’s clear is that alt accounts used for the main purpose of harassing/impersonating other memers or their families constitute harassment and warrant penalties up to and including account deletion.
