You rank up when performing your duties and when me or T05 feel like it. You don't rank urself up, me or T05 will decide on that. And any user with a rank that is higher than yours, you should call them sir/ma'am. But when in conversations with me. Despite me being the highest rank, I do not request or demand a sir/Ma'am.
