Fact number one: a black person is more likely to be killed by a black cop than a white cop,

Fact number two: a white person is more likely to be killed by a cop and then a black person.

Fact number three: people not resisting arrest are more likely to not get shot by a cop then people resisting arrest or assaulting police officers.
