If he existed, and claimed to be the son of god, whether he was or wasn't, if the people in charge didn't believe him, that would be blasphemy.
Sedition is not exactly the same as inciting riot. His claim to be King of the Jews would be seditious, as the official authority of the region was the Emperor of Rome.
The violation of the Sabbath is what he was accused of according to the Bible.

All of this is quite beside the point... he was executed for crimes... whether you think they were crimes or not... whether his actions were justified or not.... the point is, people today are rationalizing the deaths of black people by saying, "well, he shouldn't have...".
