When you get 3-4 percent over 20 years & work hard, you go from a starting $25K a year to $68K a year position. Thats not too shabby.

Effort goes a lot further in your own position than complaining about other people and their success. Want their level of money? Go do their stuff better than them -like Facebook dude did. Like Amazon did. Like Microsoft did. Like Apple did. Like every other major person at the top of any company has done.
