The meme isn't bashing women, it's criticizing men who bash incels, and resort to solipsism in their views about frustrated lonely men. When trying to give advice to incels, they assume what they did to become successful with women will work for all men, and don't take into consideration the circumstances that some men have been dealt in life.
For example: many men will ignore or downplay the issue of heightism. In my experience, I'm 5' 6", and my height was the most frequent reason I was turned down by girls throughout middle school and high school. The last girl I was talking to who I really liked was the tiniest girl in my high school, and not even that worked out.
