1. Don't know what that means, but my general point is that whether other presidents had corrupt staffers is irrelevant to whether Trump has a corrupt administration.

3. Well, most of the Republicans in congress love Trump. Only a few, like Mitt Romney for example don't. Even those who don't like Trump don't like him mostly for his character; they essentially agree on policy, which matters most. And yes, Trump has become the swamp. This is an objective fact. He has a great relationship with Mitch McConnell, the beacon of the Republican establishment, he hasn't stopped lobbying influence, a plethora of his administration have been convicted of numerous crimes, he has a bunch of mega donors, he cut taxes for the wealthy, he has 2000+ conflicts of interest, he has goldman sachs in his administration and more generally his administration has been overrun by corporate influence, etc etc. He may have ran on a populist message, but actions speak louder than words.
