Except that the fellow in the picture is Dirty Harry Reid, a retired democrat who actually said the quote in my meme, as did Sleepy Joe in the one below. You won't see that on CNN or MSNBC, but it happened.

I was referring to the original meme making no sense. Reid May have said that, but Republicans do agree with what he said.
