Well no. There's never going to be an all-clear. Once all this cough fit 19 stuff is over with, all of the safety protocols will still be in place, where they will remain for the rest of human history, because we need to be "kept safe" from any and all *possible* viruses. Government never, ever, ever relinquishes power. Ever.

I'm thinking at least five years. It's also possible people are being conditioned into just accepting them as part of normal outdoor dress. For thinking people, that's unthinkable, but the vast overwhelming majority of people just go along with what they're told, unquestioning. That's why we're in this mess; nobody asks any questions. But one thing that's for absolute certain, for places where you have to go through a security checkpoint, with a metal detector, and those wand things, and bag checks, we can add a temperature check to that lineup.
