CNN at least could be called news and they didnt openly deny facts or ignore them like they do now. It wasn’t that long ago they were a left leaning news organization that had some journalistic integrity. They have none now.

Again, Ronald Reagan very clearly and publicly said that CNN were full of lies three decades ago and people like you echoed and amplified his sentiment immediately.

"CNN used to have integrity" doesn't work if we remember that you've ALWAYS complained about CNN's integrity. What are you trying to achieve with this retcon?

See that’s where you are wrong I was a Democrat until Hillary so I could care less what Ronnie Raygun said as well as I would have been a toddler. CNN has no journalistic integrity they are not a news organization. They are what is now called an influencer. They primarily target weak minded liberal socialists who hate America like yourself.

Didn’t have a huge problem with it they were still somewhat balanced. They were still a little committed to free speech. I Didn’t care Clinton got a bl***ob. NAFTA was a disaster but at the time I was a dem and supported him.

Republican voters have ALWAYS been grumpy about CNN. It hasn't gotten worse, it hasn't changed, it's been what it always has been.

What I'm trying to find out, cutting through your insistence that this is a new thing, is: why is it so important to spread the myth that this is new? I remember what CNN was like in the 90's - the lie has no effect on me at all. It's not for you guys, because y'all know that you're just talking up a big game on a beef for CNN that's always been there. So who's it for? What's the purpose?

Sorry but it is different. The blatantly don’t report items that would have been fully reported previously. They have been caught in lies. Lies and manipulating sound bytes. I don’t really care but CNN is definitely different than it used to be and the bias to the left narrative is level 10 now. I would have rated it a 7 before.

I have no confidence they are telling the truth, sadly that is true of most all media and it is harder to get to the truth Because they manage the messages instead of reporting the news. This is the greatest shame of all and we will regret a free unbiased press that actually reports the news.

I don't even get this strategy. If you had said "CNN [or whatever stick is up there today] was dishonest from its inception" surely that would play just as well to your audience. What do you get from "[stick up your ass du jour] was good once but they've lost their way very recently because Obama" that you don't get from the other tactic? Walk me through that. I'm honestly lost about that.

AGAIN, see, did you even read what I wrote? "CNN is full of lies" is a soundbite that has been playing since 1981. It has been forty years. And because we're not four years old, EVERYONE REMEMBERS that this was something y'all complained about before 2016.

So what is the purpose to this lie? I don't get it. What is the strategic difference between "CNN went full of lies from the beginning in 1980" and "CNN went full of lies around 2016" other than how obviously ridiculous you're being? What's the game plan? I really want to know!

They also pushed the hands up don't shoot lie well after the other fake news sites dropped it.
