But Vector outmatches Shrek in speed by 12, giving Vector the advantage. However, if outside forces intervene, then Shrek could gain the upper hand with his ability, Universal Lord, witch powers up all of his moves when his Hp is higher than his opponent’s. But even then Vector could still win with his ability, Direction and Magnitude, witch lets him Mega evolve when at low Health. His Mega Form has 2X all of normal Vector’s stats and gives him an exclusive move. With all things considered, it all comes down to lucky dodges and critical hits.
