Jeffrey is a hard case... He apparently knows precisely where the borderline lies where moderators may not act anymore. Sometimes we have clear cases in which we can say moderators go too far in what should be allowed, and sometimes moderators really cannot act while the matter is indeed, when you think about it, pretty serious.

I wonder what jurists would say about Jeffrey's behavior, but likely they'll say that Jefferey also knows the borderlines of the law pretty well. I've been moderator and administrator on several sites the past 20 years, and come past cases like these many many times. And then all you can do as a moderator is wait for the "fatal step" that justifies a ban. Jefferey is such a case....

I’ll also commend the Mods for permitting some memes and streams that directly criticize Jeff like this one above

(At least, some of the time. I recently had Jeff critical memes Unfeatured from EAM where the modding is anyone’s guess even after the latest stream update)

Memes about Jeff help promote awareness and dialogue about the potential dangers he poses, which still exist even if it hasn’t been proven he literally sent nudes to minors as I suggested in my OP meme

I was told the Mods turned off Jeff’s ability to comment, which is good. He still does his best to interact with people through featured memes, though.

I think Jeff is much smarter than people give him credit for.

He seems determined to stay on this website despite all of the issues his content has created for everyone.

Most recently, he has been playing nice so to speak by covering up his parts a bit more and has also gotten on board the “harass Kamikaze” bandwagon to curry favor with certain mods

Well, I guess I can confirm that Jeffery can indeed not comment, only post memes. Some people who have spoken in private with him do claim they've seen a different side of him, which appears to be pretty nice, even gentle. I was not one of those people, and I am not gonna reveal who they were... If they wanna come out, it's their call, not mine.

Being pretty well versed in human psychology (I am what they call in Dutch "ervaringsdeskundige" which means something like "experience expert"... Perhaps you know what we mean with that. Not sure if there's an English word for that Dutch word. Dutch is my first language after all and not English). I've always been wondering about the person behind the sexually questionable selfies. It almost seems like a bit of a twisted outcry for attention, which could mean he may need some help. It's also possible he's playing a different game though. It's really impossible to tell at this point.

And yes, some content I see in his memes do imply a clever man behind all this indeed. Then again, there are a lot of smart people out there never getting the credit for their intelligence and even wisdom.

Is there any proof of him sending actual nudes or anything to them for that matter? All I see are a bunch of kids on here making claims with no proof.

His memes are often quite revealing, but all memes I saw he had at least his underwear still on. As soon as genitals are shown it would become nude. I've heard accusations Jeffery would be showing that kind of stuff outside imgflip where the mods here can't hurt him, but please note, I can neither confirm nor deny these claims, and then he remains innocent until proven guilty. I hate false accusations of these kind of things more than the offense itself. Yet, what Kamikaze said in his reply... when people do something that is taken as a sexually offensive and they keep on doing it, despite complaints then it can come to a point that no matter if the accusation is correct or not we still do have a case of sexual harassment.... Jeffery's selfies neither amuse nor offend me, though, but there is a kind of point in people not feeling well due to them...

About the nudes: as far as I know, no proof. About other communications with kids, you’ll have to ask a sitewide mod (I asked myself a couple months ago and got nowhere).

My point is that consistently submitting sexualized selfies that people explain over and over again that they don’t want to see at a certain point can be considered sexual harassment anyway.
