Then whoops out comes the complete "tape" saying "I can't breathe" before he even gets out of his car, high on fentanyl and meth, resists arrest for almost 10 minutes, has a violent criminal record that goes back a long time, wasn't a security guard- was a bouncer at a club where he sold drugs- AND it's a shame he died. Or steal a tazer from a cop and shoot him with it and start running off into a crowd to do who knows what with it.
