I mean, motorboating is something you do but if you are so into it that you want to describe yourself as that then, sure. I'm not kink-shaming. You could demand but that would be unusual, I've never come across or heard of trans-people demanding people refer to them by their correct gender, only requesting.
It's a bit odd not to, refusing to use the correct pronouns for someone is like refusing to use the correct name. Wouldn't it seem odd if people insisted on calling you the name and gender that they decided rather than what you told them?
There's no obvious reason to do it other than to be a dickhead.
